A little bit about us...



Lisa Bouley MS



Lisa Bouley received her Masters of Science degree in nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Kripalu in Lenox, Massachusetts, as well as, Childlight Yoga in Dover, NH.


Due to her desire to share the benefits of mindfulness and yoga with all ages, she began taking courses at Childlight Yoga in Dover, NH, where she completed training in Yoga and Mindfulness for Children, Yoga for Teens & Tweens, and Baby & Toddler Yoga. She continues her own personal yoga study and has most recently completed a weekend training in Mindful Strength with Kathryn Bruni-Young, as well as a 6 month Yoga and Ayurveda Immersion Program at Borealis Yoga in Medford, MA.


At 52 years old, Lisa attributes her limber, flexible body, as well as her stamina, strength and endurance to a combination of her nearly 40 year yoga practice and a plant based diet, that she has followed for more than half of her life. She enjoys sharing both the benefits of yoga, as well as the benefits of a whole foods, plant based diet, both for the beneficial effects on our bodies, as well as for the planet as a whole.



Bob Bouley



Bob Bouley is a talented chef who has been working in culinary arts for more than 35 years. Few people possess the intuition and knowledge that Bob brings to his work, creating plant based meals that both nourish and delight vegans and omnivores alike. Currently he has a flourishing meal delivery business and in the past was the driving force and creator of vegan restaurants including the Evergreen Cafe in Montpelier, Vermont, Vej Naturals in Malden, MA and most recently, Fruition Vegan Kitchen in West Medford, MA.
